Taking visitors to the centre of a glass of Johnie Walker Blue Label, Simon composed the music, put together and rehearsed New Orleans style jazz band and lliaised with the PA designer to tell the story of flavour for this award winning brand and ground breaking immersive experiential, musical and artistic event.

The event culminated in a grand finale featuring The Flavour Conductor organ, created by Simon and Bompas & Parr.
